We offer Pure Vegetarian Indian Tiffin Service Delivery from Monday to Friday.

  • A standard meal includes 12Oz Sabji, Daal, Rice, and 5 Roties. Also, there are different dishes such as Daal Bati, Paav Bhaji, Usal Misal, Ragada Petis, etc. Please refer to our menu below for your reference.
  • We also provide extra quantity meals which includes 16Oz Sabji, Daal, Rice and 6 Rotis.

DELIVERY

  • We, as of now, only deliver tiffin once in a day (in the morning/afternoon time).
  • There is no special/separate delivery for an individual tiffin.
  • Our delivery route starts from 9 AM and majority of tiffin are delivered before 2 PM.
  • We can provide an estimated delivery time once we have your address. Also, we always try our best to deliver roughly at the same time every day. However, delivery time may change due to unexpected and unavoidable situations.

Special Note (Only for Apartments / Workplaces)

  • We do not deliver door-to-door at apartments. Also, there are some workplace restrictions, so please contact us for apartment/workplace delivery options (Delivery to Reception, InPerson, etc.).

PAYMENT

  • We take advance payment in Cash or Interac E-transfer
  • Please share a screenshot of the successful payment summary or send a message on WhatsApp/Text  +1-226-504-1858 when you make a payment.

Cancelation / Refund / Credit

• For monthly plan,
  • We offer up to 4 credits in a month.
  • The credit for cancelled meals is $8 per each cancelled meal for 12Oz and $9 for 16Oz meal option.
  • Please inform us at least one day in advance to get credit for a cancelled meal. (No credit for same-day cancelation)
• All other plans (including plans with offer),
  • Refund/credit is available in the form of store credit, or we may charge a small administration fee.
